Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made just for you (like names, initials, or custom messages), we do not accept returns on personalized items unless:
The product arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item
We’ll happily offer a free replacement or full refund in these cases.
Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
🔐 1-Year Warranty (Tarnish-Free Guarantee)
All of our products come with a 1-year warranty against fading, tarnishing, or color loss. If your jewelry tarnishes or fades within 12 months, simply reach out — we’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked. This applies to all products made from stainless steel or brass with 22k gold/silver plating, protected by anti-tarnish coating.
📦 Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:
The product is not personalized, but it was damaged due to misuse
You changed your mind after customization was completed
You entered the wrong name/spelling when placing your order
Shipping Costs
If your product was incorrect or defective, we’ll cover return/replacement shipping. Otherwise, shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
